WHITE STAMP LDA: legal person number 516630628, with registered office at Rua de São Tomé e Príncipe 8, 3800-386 Aveiro, Portugal, henceforth referred to as “WHITE STAMP”. In this Privacy Policy, WHITE STAMP is sometimes referred to as "we" or "our", depending on the context.
SELL 1 BUY 1 Program: program that offers the functionality of exchanging 2nd Hand Items for credit to be discounted on new purchases in the Partner Brands.
SELL 1 BUY 1 Account: is the User's personal account in the SELL 1 BUY 1 Program, where information such as name, surname, e-mail address and password are kept.
User: any natural person, non-merchant, who accesses the Sites or uses the Services and who has established a relationship with WHITE STAMP (for example, when making an exchange, when creating a SELL 1 BUY 1 Account, when creating discount codes , and agree to the WHITE STAMP Terms and Conditions).
Geolocation information: information that identifies, with reasonable specificity, your location using, for example, longitude and latitude coordinates obtained using GPS, Wi-Fi or mobile phone triangulation.
Personal data: information that can be associated with an identified natural person or directly or indirectly identifiable. "Personal Data" may include, but are not limited to, name, postal address (including shipping addresses), telephone number, email address, payment card number, other financial account information, account number, date of birth and credentials issued by an official entity (eg driver's license number, national ID, passport number).
Process: any method or manner in which we treat Personal Data or sets of Personal Data, by automatic or other means, such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or changing, retrieving and consulting, dissemination by transmission, dissemination or availability of otherwise, alignment or combination, restriction, deletion or destruction of Personal Data.
Services: all services, content, functionalities, technologies or functions and all related Sites, applications and services made available by WHITE STAMP.
Sites: Sites (www.white-stamp.com and its extensions), applications for mobile devices, official social media platforms or other online properties through which WHITE STAMP provides its Services.

d) In addition, WHITE STAMP may provide aggregated statistical data to third parties, including other companies and members of the public, on how, when and why Users visit our Sites and use our Services. This data will not personally identify you or provide information about your use of the Sites or Services. We do not share your Personal Data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
8. PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We maintain technical and administrative security measures designed to provide reasonable protection for your Personal Data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. Security measures include firewalls, data encryption and information access authorization controls. While we are dedicated to protecting our systems and Services, you are responsible for protecting and maintaining the privacy of your password(s) and Account/Profile registration information and for verifying if your Personal Data maintained by us is accurate and current. 9. USE OF OUR SERVICES BY CHILDREN

b) the deletion, transformation into anonymity or blocking of your Personal Data, which is treated as a violation of the law, even when the storage of data is not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed;
c) confirmation that the operations in subparagraphs a) and b) have been notified to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, except when it becomes impossible to do so or if this means exceeding the protection of the rights invoked.
You have the right to object, in whole or in part:

12. COLLABORATION WITH OTHER SERVICES AND PLATFORMS
The website www.white-stamp.com may include links, directories and even search tools that allow the User to access other websites, pages or Internet portals under the responsibility of third parties (hereinafter, the “Linked Sites”).
This Privacy Policy refers exclusively to browsing the Website www.white-stamp.com and does not apply to any data processing that occurs through Linked Sites, to which WHITE STAMP is entirely alien.
